PLAQUE DESIGNATION PROGRAM
Download the form to be filled out to purchase a bronze plaque for an historical structure listing its historical name and the date it was built. That information is in the city's Historical Survey. The survey is available at the city or we can get the information for you. You can send the form in to the city in care of Scott Reekstine. The plaques cost about $185 and it takes approximately 6 weeks after approval to get your plaque. You will be notified where to send the check, the payee and the exact amount.
